Shipment processing time

We typically dispatch orders within 2 business days from the date that we receive your order and payment verification has been confirmed. International orders may take up to 3-5 business days to process. Orders placed on Friday after 4:00 PM EST will begin processing the following business day. 

Standard Shipping

Your items are sent via USPS unless otherwise indicated. Shipping within the United States is typically delivered within 3 - 10 business days, after your item(s) has been shipped depending on your location.  This estimated transit time does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.

International  Orders

For international orders we utilize DHL and USPS, typically delivered within 10-20 business days. Prices are calculated at check-out, based on your location. Please note this does not take into account any customs clearance delays that may arise. We work closely with our shipping partners to minimize any delays in delivery for our international customers. 

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, should the package be refused at the point of delivery the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

All shipping confirmation and order tracking numbers will be emailed to the email address provided by the customer at check out. 

Damages

Iconic Style Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. All methods of shipping includes shipping insurance. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods when filing a claim.
